Deceptions Part 2b

“ I heard the Xena say that they are with that God of their, wherever that
is?” Nebula offered.
“ Okay, okay....Goddess please be alright?” Diana pleaded to the spirit of her
Xena. “ Alright focus Diana, you’ve been during it for months...GODS!!!
Months!!!” Diana exclaimed as she realized the amount of time that has past. “
Why didn’t I know it wasn’t my Xena, how is that possible? Gods!! Why?!!”
Diana then sat down on the bench for a moment to slow her breath, seeing how
she was about to hyperventilate.
“ Diana what are we going to do?” Nebula asked finally speaking, as she came
to stand near where Diana sat.
Diana closed her eyes and after a few minutes to calm down, she stood up and
looked out past Nebula.
“ KILL THEM! I can do it, despite everything, I can do it, I just need to
separate them, I’ll start with Questra and then Xena.” Diana visualized as she
stared out past the field of flowers.
“ Diana? Diana, you can’t kill them.” Nebula stated with conviction.
Diana came out of her revelry and cut her eyes to Nebula.
“ What do you mean I can’t kill them?”
“ Diana the fake Xena said that if you tried to kill her, and even if you
succeeded by some miracle, then you would fall dead yourself as a result.”
“ What are you talking about?” Diana asked as she turned to face Nebula.
“ Diana, Gabrielle told me that when you thought Xena was dead that you killed
one of your ex-chosen who was responsible for the whole thing?”
“ Yes, so?”
“ She said something happened to you the moment you stabbed him?”
Diana looked at Nebula, and then she looked back past the field of flowers and
then the tears ran again.
“ Your right, even if I managed to kill either one of them, Gabrielle would be
left alone with them. GODS!!! Gabrielle!” Diana realized.
“ We have to get her out of there!” Nebula said panicked as well.
“ No! No, I don’t think it’s a good idea to let on that we know, I have to
find out if there is a way to get rid of them once we find a way to get our
Xena and Questra back. If they’re there with this God, then it only says that
there is a way to send people to this time, without letting out the evil
within, ok, ok...” Diana said thinking out loud as she paced back and forth.
Then she suddenly stopped and turned quickly to face Nebula.
“ Okay Nebula, this is what I need for you to do. “ Diana then proceeded to
whisper to Nebula, just in case someone happened to be walking in the garden.
“ Find whoever it was that sent Xena and Questra away. The way I figure it, if
that person can send them, then they can certainly send these two.”
“ Okay, but where should I start my search?”
Diana looked at Nebula thoughtfully for a moment, and then she snapped her
fingers.
“ Xena and Questra went to one of the Provinces just before all of this
happened, start there.”
“ Aha...that’s right, Okay, I’m there. Once I find this person, what do you
want me to do with them?”
“ Hold them until you hear from me or Gabrielle, don’t hold the person in some
obvious place where Xena could send the army to look for you or this person.
Send a message to Ephiny, when you get to wherever, and then I will send word
when we’re ready here.”
“ Okay, now what about you and Gabrielle, will you two be alright?”
“ I think so, as long as they don’t know we know. I have to find a way to
capture the two of them, but not until I find out more.”
“ Diana, I hate to even ask this, but......”
“ What Nebula?”
“ What about when....that Xena wants to bed you?”
Diana’s eyes went wide at the question, and once again, her breathing started
to increase.
“ Diana don’t worry about it right now, maybe you can avoid it with her?”
“ Oh, yeah right, the day this Xena would allow me to avoid her will be the
same day Tartarus no longer exists. But I can’t let her bed me, I won’t do it,
Gods I’m going to be sick.” Diana said as her skin blanched at the memory of
all of the times since, that she had pleasured this Xena.
“ Diana try not to think of her as some hideous monster inside of the skin of
Xena, she and Questra are Xena and Questra in fact, in every way, that’s why
you couldn’t tell who they were, your connected to them the same way you are
to your own.”
“ Clones.” Diana realized.
“ What?”
“ Clones, that’s people who are made from the D.N.A. of other people. Your
exactly right, they are Xena and Questra in every way, and that’s why I
couldn’t tell the difference, I mean I thought something was going on with
Xena the way she was treating me, at first, but then I figured she was doing
that because of the greater need. Yes, it was definitely a greater need
alright, they want to take over the world, Well I can say one thing for
them...”
“ What’s that?”
“ At least their visionaries.”
“ More so than you think.”
“ What do you mean?”
“ It’s not just the world they want to take over, it’s the universe.”
“ Hahaha...Gods, if this wasn’t such a dangerous situation, it would almost be
funny, almost that is.”
“ Diana don’t you have to meet Xena soon?” Nebula asked breaking Diana’s deep
thought.
Again Diana looked up at Nebula and with a look of horror in her eyes she she
shook her head as the tears begun again.
“ Yes.” Diana said as she begun deep breathing again.
“ Can you do this Diana? I mean if you think you can’t, then we can always get
Gabrielle and we can disappear until we can come up with another plan?”
“ No, I don’t want to risk this Xena losing her temper and going off on the
people she’s ruling over.”
“ Diana do you think when the time comes, you can defeat her?”
“ You mean fighting her?”
“ Yes.”
“ No. If this Xena and Questra are indeed clones of our Xena and Questra,
which it appears to be so, then I can’t beat either one of them, so hopefully
it won’t come to a physical fight, otherwise I’ll end up getting beat and
Gabrielle is no match for them at all, and I would hate to think of them
turning their wrath on her, no I will have to find another way to subdue them
and get them to bring our Xena and Questra back.”
“ Can you do it?”
“ Oh sure, all I have to do is pretend that everything is okay, with a woman
who knows me better than I know myself, subdue not one, but TWO of My Chosen,
then get them to tell me, how to get our mates back. Not including the fact
that we have to deal with the sex thing with these two impostors. All in all,
I’d have to say....piece of cake.” Diana said completely unconvinced.
“ Well, if anyone can do it, then it’s you.” Nebula said as she placed her
hand on Diana’s shoulder in support of her dilemma.
Diana looked at it, and then she covered it with her own, and without saying
anything she wrapped her arms around Nebula and sobbed quietly. Nebula sobbed
as well, understanding the meaning. Then Diana leaned back and wiping her
eyes, she looked Nebula in the eyes and spoke tenderly.
“ I am so sorry for not believing in you, I should have known something was
going on, but I didn’t and I hurt a dear friend, whom I will never be able to
make up to for ostracizing the way I did. I just hope one day you will be able
to find it in your heart to forgive me?”
“ Diana, you don’t even have to say your sorry, after all of the things you
have done for me and this world, I have no reason to ever be angry with you, I
understood fully your reaction, and it was the right one for what happened, as
myself I realize that, you have no reason to ask for my forgiveness, if
anything it is I who should be asking, if it were not for my feelings about
you, then it would have never gotten to the point it did, and maybe it could
have tipped their hands sooner?”
“ Don’t apologize for having loving feelings about me or anyone, it’s a
beautiful quality. Anyway, I better get going, I’m late. I’ll get the word to
Ephiny about you so that she will know that everything is alright between us,
good luck Neb.” Diana said as she hugged the woman again. “ Thank you for
being a wonderful friend Neb, I know if our Xena were watching she would be
soo...proud to have you as a trusted friend in our lives.”
“ Thank you for being my friend Diana.” Nebula replied back as she hugged
Diana again and then they broke the embrace and Nebula smiled and then looking
around she stealthily made her way out of the garden and out of the palace
grounds.
Diana watched her go, and then listened to make sure she didn’t run into any
problems. While she was Diana didn’t realize that her Xena and Questra had
heard the whole conversation and both were wiping their eyes of the tears that
seem to roll despite their efforts to stop them.
But they were not the only witnesses to the scene between Nebula and Diana,
unfortunately, the Clone Xena had heard the whole conversation, except for the
whispered part that Diana had said to Nebula, but she got all of the rest of
it, and the darkness within her raged, her first thought was to kill Nebula
for interfering, but then she thought, as long as Diana didn’t realize she had
heard them, then she wouldn’t suspect her to know anything, so she decided to
play with Diana for a while until they could perform the portal opening
ceremony.
Xena stealthily made her way back to their chamber and stripping out of her
clothes and putting on a robe she picked up one of the many scrolls up off of
the table and begun to read it as if that’s what she had been doing while she
waited for Diana.
Diana arrived back to the chamber and walking quietly towards the bed, she
entered it and looking immediately over to the bed, she was relieved to see
Xena not there.
“ Your late Consort!” Xena hissed from off to the side of where Diana stood by
the open door.
Diana startled and then she fully entered the room.
“ I’m sorry, I lost track of time.”
“ Really? Knowing I was waiting for you?”
“ I know, it won’t happen again.”
“ I know it won’t. Now tell me what you were doing all of this time that you
would lose track of the time?”
“ Nothing really, just....thinking.” Diana said dubiously.
“ What were you thinking about so hard?”
“ Just things, why all the questions?”
“ Why are you being evasive?”
“ I’m not, I’m just tired, I think I will take a bath and soak for a bit, you
don’t have to worry about waiting up for me, if you want to go to bed, that’s
fine, I really won’t mind?”
“ Why would I do that? I didn’t wait all of this time for you, only to go to
bed alone and frustrated.” Xena stated matter-of-factly.
“ I just thought...”
“ You thought wrong, now rather than bathing, use the apparatus. I think I’ve
waited long enough.” Xena commanded as she gestured towards the apparatus.
“ But?”
“ Now.”
Diana licked her lips and turning she cursed to herself.
“ What did you say Consort?”
“ Nothing.” Diana stated as she headed to the apparatus, she proceeded to take
her clothes off....slowly.
Xena noticed it and stood up and walked over to her and took over.
“ I thought I would help you since you seem to be so tired that it’s taking
you a long time to strip.” Xena said raising a brow at Diana.
“ That’s okay, you don’t have to do that?”
“ I insist.” Xena said baring her teeth.
“ Fine.” Diana said as she turned around and let Xena unfasten the clasp on
the back of her outfit she was wearing.
Xena unfastened it and then she kissed diana’s bare skin on her shoulder as
she slid the top off of Diana’s shoulders. Diana’s breathing increased as she
realized Xena was planning on taking her without a doubt.
Diana suddenly jerk away.
“ What are you doing?”
“ Um....I just thought about something.”
“ What?” Xena asked with a sneer.
“ Um...you know, I figured that I’m tired after practice because of all of our
activity the night before and after. I think we should forego all of it until
after we perform the opening?”
“ Is that what you thought?”
“ Yes.” Diana said as she held her top up.”
“ Well....” Xena said as she slipped the top of Diana’s blouse off of her,
then she continued. “ Well, what am I’m suppose to do about that, suffer with
my tightness, when I have my Consort laying right next to me?”
“ Well...”
“ I don’t think so, besides....” Xena purred as she leaned down and took one
of Diana’s peaks into her mouth and suckled it until it went solid. “ I don’t
think you could handle it, and I would never want my Consort to have to do
without my affection, not to mention how restless and irritated I would
become, no I don’t think that’s the way to go. But to show you I am concerned
about your being tired after practice, I will have Ludmilla give you a massage
daily afterwards. Now, I’ve waited long enough Consort.” Xena then proceeded
to remove Diana’s skirt and then underpants and she watched Diana discreetly,
as Diana’s brows knitted together in frustration and concern.
“ Hmmm....you are soo...beautiful, you know what I want to do tonight?” Xena
asked, as she came back to her full height to gaze into the fearful, yet anger
hiding eyes of Diana. “ I want to feel you tonight, it’s been a while since
I’ve claimed you, don’t you think?”
“ Uh....XENA?! Do me a favor please?” Diana asked almost panicked.
“ What?” Xena said containing the evil laughter she felt.
“ Will you bring me something to drink, please?”
“ Right now?” Xena asked knowingly.
“ Yes, my mouth is so dry, it feels like parchment.” Diana said with a forced
smile.
“ Alright, I’ll be right back.” Xena said as she kissed Diana’s open mouth and
then turned and went to go and get Diana a drink out of the sitting chamber.
Meanwhile, the moment Xena stepped out the door, Diana flew threw the
apparatus, came out, went into the closet and pulled out a sleeping gown and
then throwing it over her head she dashed to the table and pulling out a chair
she sat down and picked up one of the scrolls.
Xena came back into the chamber and expecting to see Diana near the apparatus,
but when she didn’t see her there she scanned the room and found her sitting
at the table, supposedly reading.
“ What are you doing there?”
“ Hm...oh, I was just reading this, Diana said as her brows knitted, then she
noticed Xena holding her drink. “ Oh, thank you. Xena why are the Chatias
allowing mining to take place on the land reserved for farming?” Diana asked
with sincere concern.
Xena heard the honest concern, and she sneered at it.
“ Right now I don’t care why, I only want to be with my Consort right now.”
Xena said as she stepped near Diana’s chair.
“ Xena, this is serious, they can’t be mining on land that is suppose to be
for farming, who was dealing with this matter?”
“ Diana.....” Xena called in a low warning voice.
“ Xena I’m sorry? I need to go and talk with Gerfaries, this has to be stopped
as soon as possible, judging from this it’s only been a day since it’s
started, so maybe there isn’t that much damage that can’t be undone.” Diana
stated as she went into her closet again and this time she didn’t think about
Xena watching her undress, she just threw her gown over the chair and then
after she had dressed she picked up the scroll and before she walked out of
the chamber she walked over to Xena and kissed her, now open mouth and then
turned and walked out of the chamber heading for the magistrates chamber.
Xena stood where she was for a few minutes, stunned that Diana dare make her
wait, and then dare leave, she then shook her head and changing into her
leathers she stormed out the door of their chamber and followed Diana.
Diana had made it to the magistrates chamber and after waking him she got into
the deal with the magistrate about the mining. After a few minutes of
discussion, Xena stormed through the door.
Both the Magistrate and Diana startled. Diana stood up and looked into the
storming eyes of Xena and she licked her lips again.
“ Xena? What is it?”
“ Come here.” was Xena’s simple response.
Diana glanced back at the shaking Magistrate, and told him she would speak
with him later. She then dismissed him and he bowed at both her and Xena and
then nearly ran back into one of the other rooms of his chamber.
Diana then cut her eyes back to Xena and walking over to her she came to stop
in front of her.
Xena didn’t say a word, but instead glared at Diana and then grabbing her by
her arm, she pulled her back to their chamber and once inside she nearly threw
Diana to the sofa.
Diana fell on it as a result, and when she stood back up Xena told her to sit
back down.
“ What did you think you were doing?!!”
“ What are you talking about? I told you what I was doing and where I was
going?” Diana shot back.
“ And I told you what my plans were for us, and yet, you completely ignored me
and went running off to go and talk with a Magistrate about something that is
not as important as what I had planned for us. Now you get your behind in that
room and strip out of those clothes, and if I hear one more word about
anything, outside of what we will be doing, then I will turn you over my knee
and whip you and then go back to taking you, do you understand?”
“ Yes. Fine! I’ll go and do what you commanded, but the way your acting I have
to wonder whether something is going on with you.”
“ Why do you say that?”
“ Because, it’s not like you to be more concerned with sex, than with the
land, and the needs of the Realm?”
“ Diana who do you think your talking to, you know as well as I do that my
first focus has always been you, and then everyone else.”
“ Maybe, but I told you I was tired and yet you don’t seem to care about that,
you just want to have your way, fine then, have your way!’ Diana stated as she
came to her feet and stormed towards the chamber, but just as Xena was about
to follow her she stopped and looked back. “ But know this Xena, when you take
me tonight, know that despite my body responding to you, my heart won’t be,
since you don’t seem to care about my heart, why give it to you tonight. So,
have your way.” Diana stood for a moment just looking at Xena, and then she
broke the contact and turned and stormed inside the bedchamber and stripped
out of her clothes, and climbed up on the bed.
Xena stood for a moment and just smirked to herself, and then she walked into
the bedchamber and immediately stripped out of her clothes and strided over
to the bed.
“ Consort, your protest is duly noted, but you are my Consort and I expect for
you to always give me your all when we’re together, for I am not only your
mate, but your Ruler, and as such I expect nothing but the best from you.”
“ Then don’t take me.”
“ That’s not an option.”
“ Why?”
“ Because I don’t feel like letting it be an option.”
“ Fine, be selfish, self absorbed, Tyrannical, mean and unfeeling, I can see
why people hated you at one time.”
“ How dare you!!” Xena hissed as she laid a slap across Diana’s cheek that
sent her rolling off of the bed.
“ What is it Xena? Did I hit a nerve? Is what I said so true it actually got
to you? Are you truly that disturbed by my words?” Diana taunted as she came
back to her feet after a moment to clear her head.
Xena just watched her through narrow eyes, like a predator, waiting to pounce.
“ Aw...is my sweet Love getting angry, just because I refused?”
“ You don’t know how dangerous of a game your playing little girl.” Xena said
acidly.
“ Game? Xena please, I take NO joy in this, I don’t consider this a GAME by
any means. I mean, why would I, your upset, I’m upset, the evening is
completely ruined, my cheek is hurting from your strike, whatever could have
given you the idea that I thought of this as a game?!” Diana said with sarcasm
dripping from her lips.
Xena lifted her head to level her gaze on Diana.
“ Come here.”
“ Why? So you can strike me again?”
“ Maybe.”
“ Then in that case, you come to me.” Diana said as she backed away from the
bed towards the bath chamber.
“ If I have to come and get you Consort, it will go worst for you.” Xena
warned.
“ Then don’t. Why can’t you just let this go and we call it a night?”
“ I’m not going to tell you again.”
“ Then don’t.” Diana shock back, trying to remember why she was doing what she
was doing.
“ You seem to have forgotten to whom your talking to little girl.”
“ Oh, trust me when I say, I KNOW who I’m talking to.” Diana stated knowingly.
Xena raised a brow and then lowered it.
“ Okay, you want to play this out this way? Fine.” Xena said as she came off
of the bed and slowly stalked towards Diana who once again had replaced the
gown on her nude body. “ So rather than us being together sating our passions,
you’d rather I punish you?” Xena stated as she cocked her head at Diana in
questioning.
“ Why do any of it, why not just let it go?”
“ Because I don’t feel like it.” Xena shot back.
Diana continued to step backwards as Xena came towards her.
“ Why are you so angry Xena?” Diana asked trying to distract the woman.
Xena didn’t say anything she just continued to move towards Diana. Diana’s
back touched the door of the bath chamber and her hand immediately went to
locate the handle, and then once she had, Xena moved quicker towards her.
Diana opened the door and flew inside and then closed it behind her and locked
it, while leaning back against it. Suddenly, Diana felt a jarring blow to the
door that radiated through her own body. Followed by Xena’s commanding voice.
“ Open the door Consort!!”
“ Not until you calm down Xena.”
“ This is not going to help me calm down. Open the door!!” Xena ordered again
and delivered another blow to the door.
“ No Xena!” Diana shouted through the door as her heart raced at what would
happen to her if Xena got through the door.
“ Consort, I’ll make a deal with you...” Xena whispered in a deceivingly calm
voice.
“ What?”
“ You open the door right now so I don’t have to knock it down, and I promise
you I won’t hurt you too badly.”
Tears ran down Diana’s face at the truth in Xena’s statement, and her fear,
she actually thought it would be better to let Xena take her,just to avoid
feeling any Xena’s wrath.
“ Xena can’t you just let this go?”
“ NO!! Now open the Damn Door!!!” Xena hissed.
Diana didn’t say anything else she just backed away from the door and out of
the path of it, just in case. She looked at the other door of the chamber and
turned backed towards it intending on going through it to get out of harms
way.
Just as Diana went to take the handle in her hand, it suddenly flew open.
Diana jumped back when she saw Xena glaring at her. The only thought that
Diana had was how she was going to get away from Xena, now that Xena was
completely enraged.
“ Xena...”
“ What?! Now you want to try and talk me down, is that it Consort?”
“ Xena all I asked was to not be taken tonight, it’s not like I did something
so horrible, as your making this out to be!” Diana said raising her voice.
“ You disobeyed me little girl, and for that I can not let it go.” Xena
quicken her pace to Diana and Diana mirrored her with her own, only going
backwards.
“ Xena if you hurt me, then I.......”
“ You what little girl?”
Diana’s mind raced for some reason to give for Xena not to punish her, then
she thought of one.
“ Because if you do, then I won’t be able to perform the opening of the portal
with all of you?”
Xena stopped for a moment to think about what Diana had said, and at first
Diana thought it worked, then Xena suddenly begun striding towards Diana
again.
“ Then I will just have to make sure I don’t hurt you where you can’t
function.”
Diana turned and headed for the locked door, but her hair was caught by Xena
and pulled backwards.
“ OWW! GODS!!” Diana screamed as she felt like her scalp had been pulled off,
knowing it hadn’t been, but the pain was acute.
“ I caught you.” Was Xena’s simple response.
Xena gave an evil smile at Diana and then nearly dragging Diana by her hair to
the locked door and unlocking it and pulling Diana back into the chamber, Xena
then went and tied Diana’s hands to the restraint that hung from the ceiling,
and despite Diana struggling to get free of Xena’s vice like grip, it was no
use.
Once Diana’s hands were tied up, Xena stripped ripped the gown from her body
and then went over and unhooking her whip from her weapons belt that hung on
the door, she let it unroll out and tested it a few times.
Diana’s breathing increased to almost hyperventilation rate.
“ Xena Please? Don’t whip me with that, please? I’m sorry.” When she saw and
heard the whip.
“ Hmm...now your contrite huh? A little late don’t you think?”
“ Better late than never right?’ Diana said trying to lighten things.
Xena just looked at her and then she walked up to her and getting close to
her, she whispered in Diana’s ear.
“ Not funny.”
“ By The Gods Xena why are you doing this?!”
“ Because your willful, disrespectful, and disobedient. So, I plan on taking
care of that once and for all.”
Xena then turned and walked back a few feet and then turning back, she called
to the trembling young woman.
“ Here we go Consort, ready?”
“ Xena please?” Diana pleaded.
Xena let the whip fly and it hit it’s mark on Diana’s behind. Diana screamed
from the pain, and Xena taunted her while she punished her.
“ Did that hurt Consort?” Xena then delivered another kiss of her whip and
again Diana screamed from it.
Xena whipped Diana slowly and for most of the remaining night, by the time she
was done, Diana had felt over 50 lays of Xena’s whip, and when Xena finished
she recoiled her whip and put it back on her weapons belt, then she strided
over to the crying woman, and walking around to look her in the eyes she
raised a brow and in a smooth voice she gave an ultimatum to Diana.
“ Now, you have a choice come the next time I want us to be together. You can
say no again, and I whip you again, and everytime you deny me of what’s mine
to claim, or you can do as I ask and feel my passion. So....what’s your choice
Consort?” Xena said as she held Diana’s chin in her hand seeing how Diana kept
turning her head away from the woman in front of her.
Diana didn’t answer at first, and then when Xena leaned in and whispered in
her ear once again, Diana’s breath caught at what she was told. Diana then
answered Xena’s question.
“ I’ll agree if you let me get over the pain from this first?”
