I have no earthly idea.
The Munchkins and I are locked in furious debate and deliberations over the
logos sent in for this contest. It may take a little while to battle it out
and pick the winner. I have to say that all of the artwork we have received,
so far, has been fantastic. (and one should have a drool warning attached <.bg.>).
I must tell you that I have gotten a few emails asking for more time. A few
of the graphic artists did not see the announcement of the Artwork Contest until
just recently, so....
shhhhhhhhhh...
I decided to extend the deadline date just a little. If you have a logo or two
you would like to throw into consideration...send them in by Monday. I'll sneak
them past Steph somehow. No worries. I'll give her other stuff to do this weekend...like
get the page ready for the upcoming Bard Challenge #8. It'll be fine.
Here's your chance to be immortalized on underwear, everywhere. <.g.>

We only have a few simple roools for the contest that you must follow, soooooo...once
more from the top:
ROOOL #1-
No blond haired, green-eyed or brunette haired, blue-eyed easily recognizable
persons (don't give me that look--you know what I am talking about) in the submitted
logo...Academy personnel do not want to go to jail.
ROOOL #2-
Do not use copyrighted material, written or graphic in the submitted
logo...Artwork must be original or public domain. Academy personnel do not want
to go to jail. AND we will take you with us if you try.<.bg.>
ROOOL #3-
In your submitted logo idea, try to represent the essence and spirit of the
Academy and it's master plan to take over the world via subliminal messages
in it's posted fanfiction...
HEY! It could happen.
ROOOL #4-
The Mighty Munchkins and OZ will carefully study, consider and evaluate each
and every submission...and then declare a winner. If we can't decide...we will
throw them out to you to vote on <.bg.>.
We may do that anyway...just cause we can...we are funny like that.
ROOOL #5-All logos and artwork become the property of the Royal Academy of Bards.
In other words...it's ours...Ours...OURS! This is where the chests and butts
come in...we shall put the logo on shirts, hats, boxer, thongs, mugs, mousepads
and anything else we can get away with...
Get it? Got it? Good!
PsssssssssT...BTW...several apparel items can fit a logo on both sides...like
the shirts and...ahem...the thongs...so go ahead, be creative. <.beg.>
The winner will get their choice of any one of the items Cafe Press produces
with their winning logo on it and, of course, the honor and glory. <.bg.>
Please submit them in jpeg format (under 125k) but keep a hi-res handy...we
will need that file if we choose yours as the winner.
