Once upon a time, long long ago, Xena and Gabrielle were fighting lots of bad guys. Fighting bad guys all the time can be very hard. Sometimes Xena and Gabrielle get very very tired after they fight. So they have to take lots of naps and sleep all the time. Warriors and bards need lots of sleep. Even when it's summertime, Xena and Gabrielle have to sleep really close to each other because it's safer. Xena always makes sure Gabrielle is very very safe. One time, after a big fight, Xena was very very concerned with Gabrielle's safety. Warriors get very concerned after big fights. So that night, to make sure Gabrielle was very safe, Xena had to sleep right on top of Gabrielle. Warriors and bards have to stick together all the time. That means sleeping right on top of each other. It's very safe that way. And sometimes, just to make sure each other is safe, Xena and Gabrielle will yell out each other's names really loud. "Xena!" "Gabrielle!" "Xena!" "Gabrielle!" "Xena!" "Gabrielle!" "Xena!" They do this all night because they are very concerned and want the other person to be very very safe. Gabrielle and Xena are cool like that. So, that's what warriors and bards do at night. The end.
