Danny and Jaime have been partners for several years now and the best of friends. Cruising the tough streets of New York City was hard in itself but being without a friend at your back could mean certain death, something they had learned long ago. Danny, a 35 year old cop, his light brown hair, dark eyes and boyish good looks made him the most popular cop around the ladies. Even though he enjoyed teasing and coming on to the ladies they encountered, he was a happily married man with two kids of his own.

When he and Jaime first met, almost a decade ago, Jaime, a young, beautiful, talented cop, just freshly out of the police academy hit it off immediately, right before Jaime tried to hit Danny in the head. Danny had made the mistake of coming on to Jaime and quickly found out some very painful ways to neutralize a person. Other than the fact that he learned never to cross Jaime, he learned that not every woman would fall at his feet. Needless to say, it had done wonders for his ego.

Since that day, they didn't leave each other's side. Jaime didn't have many people in her life, at least not ones that she could count on or trust. Danny was that for her, he was her family, her friend and she grew to love him with all her heart. Danny gained a sister he had never had. His wife adored Jaime and his kids looked up to their "aunt". They were happy.

They were cruising the streets, talking about this and that when their radios came to life. They had a call not more than a few blocks away. "Action time" Said Danny, excitedly. Jaime turned on their sirens and Danny stepped on the gas, rushing them to the address they received. They have been told of a domestic dispute. These were the calls they hated the most. Danny screeched to a halt next to the curb and both officers threw their doors open and jumped out of the car towards the main entrance of the rundown building. Climbing the steps two at a time, they rushed down the halls, looking for the right door.

Danny took the left side of the door and Jaime the right. Pulling their guns out of their holsters, they readied themselves. Danny knocked loudly on the door and yelled, "Police! Open up!" They waited for several seconds, listening to muffled sounds coming from within. Danny knocked again and this time Jaime yelled out the order. They heard the shuffling of footsteps approaching the door and then someone unlocking the different locks. Finally, the door was opened and a woman of about thirty was standing in front of them, tears staining her cheeks and a rather harsh looking bruise was starting to form around her eye. Suddenly the door was roughly pulled open, Danny and Jaime took up a protective stance and faced the would be attacker.

A mountain of a man, not much older than the woman was facing them, a sneer firmly on his lips, "What the hell do you want?" He said gruffly.

"We got a call about some kind of domestic dispute. Want to fill us in?" Asked Danny.

"There's nothing going on here. We didn't call no cops, now get out of my house." The man was about to close the door in their faces when Jaime put her foot in front of it, keeping the door open. "Now I wouldn't say that what you said is exactly true, we're not actually in your house since you haven't invited us in. That isn't very nice. About the other matter, well as far as I can see, there's trouble here and apparently someone thought so as well. Now you either go with us nice and quiet to the station or we'll have to get rough with ya." Jaime stated, a smirk covering her lips.

The man growled and the woman started to shake, tears continued to run down her battered face. Jaime sneered and at the sight of the woman's tears, she pushed the door hard against the man and before he knew it, he found himself on the floor. He blinked unbelieving eyes right before he was met by a strong fist. "OW! You fucking bitch, you broke my nose!" He shook his head and kicked Jaime in the stomach, sending her into the wall. Danny interfered and pushed the man back to the ground, trying to neutralize him. Jaime got her bearings and ran to Danny's help. The man managed to dislodge Danny off his back and got in a good punch to Danny's face, knocking him off balance. Jaime circled him and when he rushed her, she bent over and sent him flying across the room. Taking the chance, she jumped on top of the still dazed man and punched him in the face. He started struggling and throwing punches as well until she managed to push him on his stomach and capture his hands. She twisted his hands behind his back, delighting at the sound of his agonized moan and she handcuffed him. "Sorry to tell you this tough guy but you are under arrest for assault and battery, resisting arrest and the assault of two officers." Jaime proceeded to read him his rights as she pulled him to his feet and walked out of the apartment. Danny helped the distraught woman out of the apartment and they drove to the station.

After dropping the man at the police station and filing a report, they looked at the woman that was with them. "What's your name, ma'am?"

"I'm Carla. Jim is my boyfriend." She said through a bout of new tears.

"Great taste." Murmured Jaime quietly, earning a jab from Danny's elbow.

"We'll take you to the hospital to get checked out and then bring you back to the station in order for you to fill in a statement, alright?" Asked Danny, gently.

Carla nodded and turned her gaze to the passing traffic. "Let's go. You need to get checked out yourself." Said Danny, referring to Jaime.

"No way. I'm fine."

"Jaime, you're not fine. You look like you've been hit by a car. You're bleeding all over the place and who knows what internal injuries that bastard gave you."

"Yeah, but look at him." She said, grinning.

Danny shook his head and pulled her into the squad car.

They reached the hospital and parked the car. Danny helped Carla out and walked her to the front desk. "This woman needs to be checked out. We're in a bit of a hurry, she needs to fill in a statement." Said Danny.

The nurse typed something at her computer and nodded, "Alright, I'll need for you to fill in some forms..." Danny left Carla to fill in the needed forms and walked to his partner. Jaime stood cowered over a vending machine, her breathing seemed heavy. "Come on, tough stuff. Let's find a doctor to check on you."

Jaime immediately straightened and said, "I don't need no damn doctor. I'm fine."

"Yeah I can see that. You could almost convince me if I didn't think you might fall down any given second. I'm calling a doctor if you like it or not. I'll try to find a cute one." He said quietly so only she could hear, before winking at her and leaving.

"I don't need a damn doctor..." Jaime kept grumbling to herself as she watched her partner go.

Danny went to the nurses' station to ask for help but found it to be overly crowded with muttering, tired people, who have been waiting for hours to be seen by a doctor. Right when he was about to turn around and leave, a golden haired doctor moved past him. He hurried to catch up to her and before she could pass through the "staff only" door, he put his hand on her shoulder and stopped her. The small doctor turned to look at the person who had stopped her, looking expectantly at the staring man.

Danny swallowed hard when he gazed into the second most beautiful pair of eyes he had ever seen. Nothing could compare to his wife's... She was a small beautiful green eyed blonde with the hardest, coldest gaze he could remember seeing. Finally snapping himself from the trance he said, "Excuse me, doctor but my partner was hurt and she needs a doctor to look at her. Please, could you do that?"

The blonde blinked once and said, "No. I'm officially off duty. You can go over there and wait in line like everybody else."

Before she could turn and leave, Danny stopped her again. The blonde looked at his hand menacingly and he removed it as if burned. "Sorry. We're still on duty and we have to get back on the streets. She was hurt when we tried to arrest some scumbag that beat on his girlfriend. Please?"

Danny noticed something softening in those green depths but the wall was quickly erected to cover up the slip. Taking a deep breath, she relented, "Fine. Where is she?"

Danny smiled largely and pointed her in Jaime's direction. Jaime was still leaning over the vending machine, trying to stand upright at the sight of her partner and the cute looking doctor. "I told you I don't need a doctor." She grumbled to Danny.

The doctor walked over and laid a surprisingly soft hand on Jaime's forearm. "I'm Doctor Mathews. Would you like to join me in the examination room for a few minutes. I'd like to check on you. It seems that your partner thinks you've been injured."

"My partner thinks too much."

Both Danny and Doctor Mathews chuckled and helped Jaime onto the table in the exam room. "I'll be right outside." Said Danny before leaving the two women alone.

"I really am fine." Insisted Jaime.

"Well then, why don't you let me see that for myself? Take your shirt off and lay down."

Jaime smirked sexily, "Usually I'd ask for dinner first." Jaime tried to pull her shirt off slowly but when she raised her hands higher than her waist, she winced in pain. "Ugh, damn it."

"Here, let me help." The doctor moved in front of the officer and helped pull the shirt off of her. When the shirt was off, they stopped and gazed into each other's eyes for a small eternity. Jaime smiled crookedly and said, "Here I am sitting half naked and I don't even know your first name."

"Not that it's any of your business, but it's Sarah."

"Again, my theory has been proven to be correct."

"Oh? What is your theory?" asked the small doctor as she started probing at Jaime's ribs gently.

"That beautiful women usually have beautiful names."

Something in the small doctor's eyes changed again and what appeared to be softness a moment ago turned into stone cold. Sarah didn't comment on the compliment and turned to put on gloves. "Lay down, I have to check your ribs."

Jaime didn't understand the sudden change in the woman's demeanor and thought she'd try again, "Why, what's the hurry?"

Sarah's green eyes burned with fire, "The hurry is that I've been off for over fifteen minutes but I'm still here trying to tend to an arrogant, self-absorbed cop! Now, lay down and let me do my job."

Jaime looked at the woman as if she were insane. No more than a moment ago, they had smiled at each other and flirted, or so she thought.

Shaking her head silently, she laid down and stared at the ceiling. Not wanting to be outnumbered and hurt by the doctor's words, Jaime retorted, "Wow, they teach you that lovely attitude in med or pre-med?"

Sarah huffed and went to work, not bothering with being too gentle with the hurting cop.

When Sarah was finally done, Jaime had tears in her eyes. Trying to cover the fact she was hurting like all hell, Jaime raised herself slowly from the exam table and took hold of her white undershirt, turning her back to the doctor. Sarah was feeling a bit remorseful for the way she had acted toward the tall cop. She shouldn't have taken out her own demons on the hurting officer. It wasn't her fault nor was she responsible for Sarah's past experiences. Seeing the extent of the officer's injuries and instead of adding in lessening her pain, she had only managed to increase it.

She stepped forward and raised a gentle hand to the cop's now dressed shoulder. "I'm sorry for the way I reacted. You didn't deserve that..."

Jaime turned surprised eyes at the cute doctor and smiled softly, "That's ok. I've been called worse..."

Sarah chuckled and for the first time, she actually looked into Jaime's ice blue eyes. Standing mesmerized and gazing into each other's eyes, they smiled. "I'm Jaime by the way."

Sarah nodded and shook Jaime's outstretched hand.

"Could we possibly start this over?" asked Jaime.

"Yes, I'd like that."

"I won't ask what caused your reaction because it really is none of my business, but I would like to get to know you a bit better and then, maybe you'd like to tell me yourself." Asked Jaime, shyly, averting her gaze from the doctor.

Sarah's first instinct was to turn Jaime down and to resume her cold attitude, but she found that she liked the tall, beautiful cop and didn't want to turn her down. "Alright." She simply said.

Jaime blinked surprised eyes yet again and grinned happily, "Really?"

Jaime wasn't one that was used to getting turned down by beautiful women, but the small doctor was different and she was fully expecting a 'no'.

Sarah chuckled lightly, "Yes, really. Unless you're going back on your suggestion..."

"No, no!" Jaime practically yelled.

Sarah grinned slowly and said, "Good. Then let me change out of these clothes and I'll be ready to go."

Jaime was then reminded that she was still on duty and cringed slightly.

"What is it?" Asked Sarah in concern, thinking that her injuries were troubling her.

"You want to go out now? I'm still on duty...How about after I get off?"

Sarah's smile disappeared and she said grudgingly, "I have to work tomorrow morning. Forget it then, have a good night." And with that, she turned and left Jaime alone in the exam room.

Jaime stood in the exam room for a while, unmoving, staring at the door. "That is the most frustrating, weird woman I've ever met!" She mumbled harshly to herself. Shaking her head in wonder, she finally left the room.

Danny was sitting in one of the plastic chairs out in the hall. When he saw Jaime come out, he stood up and looked Jaime over. "So, what's the verdict?"

"Nothing serious. Nothing's broken, just a couple of bruised lips, which she bandaged and a few other bruises."

As they started walking, Danny turned curious eyes at Jaime, "That was some cute doctor..."

"Don't even mention her." Said Jaime, angrily. They waited for Carla to get into their squad car and pulled out of the hospital parking lot. After taking care of the unfinished business with Carla, they had an hour to go. Danny stopped the car in front of an all night coffee shop and went out to buy two cups of steaming black coffee. "Here you go." He said as he handed the styrofoam cup to Jaime.

"Thanks." Jaime sipped her coffee slowly, looking nowhere in particular, however trying her best to avoid Danny's eyes.

"Would you like to tell me what happened with the doc?"

"No." Said Jaime as she took another sip of her coffee.

"Aw, come on. You know you want to..." He said enticingly.

"Forget it."

Danny pouted and frowned, thinking of a way to make Jaime talk to him. An idea popped into his head and his lips stretched into a wide, evil grin. "I'm going to tell Marcy you've been hurt tonight..." He threatened. Both Danny and Jaime knew that if he told his wife Marcy, about the incidents of tonight, she would probably freak out and never let Jaime forget it. She was very protective of their tall friend and was constantly afraid that one of her two most loved people in the world, would someday get hurt in their risky job.

Jaime turned frightened eyes at Danny, "You wouldn't dare."

"Want to try me?" Asked Danny, teasingly.

"I'll just tell her you were hurt too." Said Jaime with a triumphant smile on her face.

"My face doesn't look like I was run over by a truck though." Said Danny.

"Fine, fine, just shut up. She was a cold, weird bitch."

"Care to explain?"

"I don't know. One minute she's this sweet, gentle woman and the next, she's a raving lunatic. I didn't know what to say around her, afraid anything I might say would trigger her other personality out of hiding."

"Did you try your mach crap on her?"

Jaime frowned comically, "What macho crap?"

Danny raised an eyebrow, "Are you kidding me? You either don't see it because you're too absorbed in your shit or you're just plain blind. It seems you think you are very witty and clever around the ladies."

"Hey, I'm the one who's never got a no for an answer." Said Jaime, proudly.

"Yes, because they want to get into your bed. Most of them just hope you'll shut up and give them what they want." Danny smirked.

Right before Jaime could formulate a response, their radios came to life again. "Damn!" Growled Danny. He pressed the gas peddle and screeched onto the street, sirens blaring. "Another one of these in the same night, what are the chances?"

"Here in N.Y, are you kidding?" Said Jaime.

They parked the squad car in one of the more uptown neighborhoods. "How about in one of these places?"

Jaime nodded her agreement, "Million to one."

They entered a nicely kept building and quickly ascended the steps to the first floor. Searching for the correct number, they finally spotted the right apartment. Not hearing any sound coming from within the apartment, they took their positions on both sides of the door and knocked, calling, "Police, open up!" When their call wasn't answered, they tried again.

Nothing happened as they waited a second longer. Finally Jaime decided they had waited long enough. Pushing Danny back, she gathered a bit of momentum and rushed the door with her shoulder, knocking it open and bursting inside. The apartment was quiet other than the sound of soft sobbing. Jaime motioned to Danny with her head to go and find the source of the sobbing as she stepped into the apartment cautiously. Right when she was about to turn and look behind the door, she felt hard metal connecting with the back of her head. Before she knew what happened everything went black.

Danny, who had heard the blunt strike, quickly turned to his partner. What he saw made his eyes turn red with anger. He upholstered his gun and shot the burly man, which was now standing over Jaime's prone body, in his leg. The man howled in pain and clutched his leg as he collapsed on top of Jaime. "Oh shit!" Yelled Danny as he ran to pull Jaime from underneath the heavy man. Danny punched the man in the face for good measure and handcuffed him, quietly reading him his rights. He then noticed that the object the guy used to hit Jaime in the head with was a gun. His anger returned and he kicked the man in his ribs.

Jaime was slowly starting to come to when she saw Danny kicking a huge man in the ribs. "Ugh. What the hell hit me?" She muttered in pain.

"This shit head's gun."

Jaime slowly raised herself from the floor, blinking rapidly to try and focus her eyes. "Fucking asshole. Pick up that gun for evidence, I'm going to see who's crying."

Jaime held her gun in one hand and the back of her head with the other. She stumble through the large apartment until she found a closed door. The crying seemed to be coming from there. Jaime tried the knob but found it was locked. She knocked softly and said, "This is the police, please open up."

Jaime frowned when she heard the sobbing grown in volume. "Hey, it's okay. We've taken the guy into custody. You can open the door now, no one's going to hurt you." Jaime was hoping she wouldn't have to climb up any windows to get into the room. it wouldn't be the first time.

She brightened up when she heard the lock turn and click as the door opened. Jaime gasped loudly when she saw the woman standing in front of her. Her heart dropped into her stomach and her breath left her chest. The doctor's face was mostly shadowed in the darkness but the tears and forming bruises were clearly visible. "Sarah?" Jaime asked quietly, not quite sure her mind wasn't playing any tricks on her.

Sarah turned her back to the tall officer and her sobbing began anew. Jaime stepped into the room and as gently as possible took the trembling body into her arms. She held Sarah with all the tenderness she could muster, softly laying her cheek on her sweet smelling hair and kissing the crown just as gently.

"It's okay, baby. It's okay. I won't let anyone hurt you again, I promise." In the back of her mind, Jaime couldn't believe what she was saying. This was definitely a first for her. She was just not the comforting type and how could she possibly promise someone she barely knew that she would never let anyone hurt her again? But it felt right and as Sarah's tears slowed, it felt even more so. Suddenly things became clearer to her and she began to understand Sarah's behavior from earlier at the hospital...Not entirely so, but it was a start.

"Come on, let's take you to the hospital to be checked out."

Sarah turned quickly to face Jaime, "No! I don't want them to see me like this." Her eyes were searching Jaime's, hoping she would understand and indeed, she did.

"It's alright. We won't go to your hospital, but you have to get checked out."

Sarah nodded slowly and let herself be led out of her apartment. She buried her face in Jaime's chest when she caught sight of Rick, her ex-boyfriend. Jaime tensed and pulled Sarah deeper into herself, tightening her hold on the small, fragile shoulders. Danny took care of Rick and threw him into the back of the cruiser. Jaime led Sarah into the front and motioned for her to get in. Both officers and Sarah sat cramped up in the front seat of the cruiser as they drove back to the station. By the time they reached a different hospital, Sarah was asleep on Jaime's shoulder and Jaime was struggling to keep her eyes open.

"Come on, tough stuff. Let's get both you and the good doc checked up."

"Sarah. Sarah, sweetie. Wake up." Jaime shook Sarah's shoulder gently, smiling when she saw sleepy green eyes blink open and look up at her. "Hey."

"Hey. Where are we?" Sarah asked as she pushed herself off Jaime's shoulder.

"We're at "County". Come on."

An hour later, they were back in the cruiser, driving slowly to Sarah's house. Danny parked the car in front of Sarah's building and shut off the engine. "I'll just go escort her back to her apartment." Said Jaime.

"I'll wait here." Said Danny.

Jaime nodded and went to open the door for Sarah. Unconsciously, Jaime took hold of Sarah's hand and led her through the entrance hall to her first floor apartment. Sarah opened the door and let Jaime walk in. Jaime looked around the apartment quickly and made sure Sarah would be safe before returning to the door. "Well, uh, I have to go but if you need anything, here's my cell number. Call me anytime, okay?"

Sarah nodded, her eyes filling with tears.

"Hey, what's the matter?" Jaime grew concerned and moved closer to Sarah.

Sarah shook her head and said with a barely controlled voice, "Nothing, I'm fine. Good night, officer."

"Sarah? What's wrong? Please tell me." Jaime entered the apartment and closed the door behind her. She cupped Sarah's chin gently, and raised her face to gaze into her eyes that were now tearing.

Sarah sniffled and wiped the tears with the back of her hand, saying tremulously, "I'm scared of being here alone." She lowered her eyes at her admission.

Jaime searched Sarah's eyes with her own and when they finally made contact, she said, "You have nothing to be ashamed of, Sarah. I would be honored to stay here and keep you company, if you'd like that, that is."

Sarah looked hopefully into Jaime's eyes. Seeing nothing but honesty and concern in Jaime's blue eyes, she smiled, "You wouldn't mind?"

Jaime smiled happily, "Of course not."

"Thank you!" Said Sarah as she pulled Jaime into a heartfelt hug. Both women shuddered at the innocent contact and after a short moment, pulled back.

"I just have to tell Danny, so he could go home." She pressed a button on her radio and said, "Danny, I'm staying over tonight, you can go."

Danny, who was waiting in the car, smiled and said teasingly, "Okay. Have a good night and take good care of her."

Jaime chuckled and let go of her radio.

"Would you like anything to drink?" Asked Sarah.

"No, thank you. Come on, let's sit down." Jaime took her belt off and sat down on the couch, facing Sarah.

"So that was your ex-boyfriend, huh?"

Sarah lowered her gaze and nodded.

"Please don't get mad but what exactly did you see in him?"

"He wasn't always like that. He was sweet and loving at first. Then, one night he got drunk. He came home from a night out with his cop buddies and..." Sarah's eyes were brimming with tears again.

Jaime laid a soft hand on her knee and said, "We don't have to talk about this if you don't want to."

"No, I want to. I have to."

"He was a cop?" asked Jaime.

"Yes."

"So, that's why you acted that way towards me at the hospital?"

"Yeah, mostly."

"Mostly?" Asked Jaime, her eyebrow raised.

"Yes, you were quite obnoxious all by yourself."

Jaime pouted and frowned, making Sarah laugh lightly. Jaime's frown turned into a soft smile at the sound. "You have a beautiful laugh. You should do that more often."

Sarah blushed and said, "I didn't get to thank you for your compliment though."

"What compliment?"

"What you said at the hospital before I turned bitchy on you."

"Oh. Well, you are very welcome, especially since it's so very true."

Sarah's blush deepened.

"We haven't been together since that night, when he got drunk. I told him to go and never come back. He came back the next day and tried to apologize and when I wouldn't accept his apology, his temper got the better of him and he hit me. I went and got a court order that said he couldn't get to 100 ft. of me, but he soon broke that as well. He was thrown in jail on several occasions because of me and each time, it just got worse."

"Well I promise you, I'll do anything in my power to stop him from ever hurting you again." Said Jaime, venom dripping from her words.

Sarah laughed humorlessly, "How? A court order didn't do it, how would you do it?"

"I have my ways. We cops have our way to handle our own."

"Jaime...I don't," Jaime stopped Sarah by pressing soft fingers to her even softer lips.

"Just trust me. Please."

Sarah closed her eyes and finally nodded. Jaime slowly removed her fingers but didn't back away. She was close enough to feel Sarah's soft breaths on her lips. Sarah opened her eyes slowly and looked into Jaime's smoldering baby-blues. They both swallowed as their faces moved closer in an unconscious move. When their lips touched, it was like an explosion of feelings. Their hearts began beating at an incredible speed, their insides felt like they were melting and as the kiss grew deeper and hungrier, they felt their souls separate from their bodies and merge into one.

Both pulled back at the same time, breathing hard, eyes unfocused. Jaime was the first to open her eyes and a soft smile appeared on her face at the serene look on Sarah's face. "You look so beautiful." Jaime said, raising her hand gently and touching the forming bruise on the side of Sarah's cheek.

Sarah swallowed thickly and leaned into Jaime's touch. "You're not so bad yourself." Sarah whispered softly.

Jaime smiled tenderly, her eyes glinting with something akin to wonder as she leaned forward again and captured Sarah's lips with her own. This time the kiss was softer, slower, meant for exploration instead of raw desire. Jaime raised her other hand to the back of Sarah's neck and entwined her fingers in the golden tresses, pulling her closer still.

Sarah brought her hands up as well and perched them on Jaime's strong shoulders, slowly pulling her down on the couch with her. They broke the kiss for a moment to settle on the couch with Jaime on top of Sarah, looking deeply into her glistening green depths. Jaime brushed a fair strand of hair out of Sarah's eyes and smiled softly, "Are you okay with this?"

Sarah averted her gaze for a moment, biting her lower lip, then looked back at Jaime, "This is new to me, but I want this. I don't know why or how and I really don't want to think too much into it, but I feel so safe around you. I felt it since the first moment I saw you, even though I acted like a bitch." She chuckled lightly.

Jaime smiled, "Nah, I thought you were quite charming." Sarah chuckled slightly. After a moment, Jaime turned serious again, " I understand, I somehow feel the same. We don't have to do absolutely anything, this feels real good and I'd settle for anything you're willing to give me."

Sarah bit her lip again and softly caressed the strong forearm that was resting next to her head, "I know we don't, but I would really like to. I'm not really sure what to do but I really want to do it..." Sarah blushed.

Jaime licked her lips and said, "Well, I can handle that. Just go with whatever feels good to you."

"This feels pretty nice." Sarah said and pulled Jaime in for another smoldering kiss. Their tongues played in the other's mouth, pulling, sucking, coaxing. Jaime braced herself on her elbows while a hand traveled to the bottom of Sarah's top, crawling underneath and touching the soft skin. "Is this okay?" She asked uncertainly.

Sarah nodded and let Jaime push the shirt up and over her head, leaving her in a white, lacy bra. Sarah's breathing escalated and without realizing it, she started pushing at Jaime's shirt. Jaime smiled and rose to her knees, taking her shirt off in the process. She quickly discarded her white under-shirt and then her bra. Sarah gasped as she gazed at Jaime's nude upper body, "You are breath-taking."

"No, that's you, beautiful."

Sarah raised herself to her knees as well and while looking into Jaime's blue eyes, she unsnapped her bra and threw it to the floor. "So beautiful." Jaime said adoringly. She slowly brought her hand up to touch Sarah's bare shoulders, running her hands from neck to collarbone and back. Both women were kneeling as they inched closer, finding each other's lips once again. When their lips touched this time, so did their bare breasts, sparking a new fire in them. Jaime enfolded Sarah in her arms and pulled her closer as she started lowering them to the couch. Sarah moaned softly when Jaime's lips trailed down to her neck and began nibbling her way down to her chest. As gently as possible, Jaime took one of Sarah's breasts in her palms and started kneading the flesh slowly. Sarah gasped at the sensation, closing her eyes at the rush of feelings. She entangled her fingers in  Jaime's dark tresses when Jaime took one of her nipples inside her moist mouth.

Taking her time suckling the hard nub, Jaime made sure Sarah's other breast wouldn't feel neglected. She went back and forth between the soft globes, lavishing sweet attention to the hard, stimulated peaks. Licking her way down Sarah's stomach, she stopped briefly to lick the hard abs. She gazed momentarily at Sarah's face and delighted at the excited look she found there. Her head was thrown back, her mouth slightly open, soft bursts of air escaping occasionally. Sarah cracked open her eyes and gazed down at Jaime's desire filled face. She caressed the side of her face and entangled her hands in her hair again, nodding softly.

Jaime smiled and unbuckled Sarah's pants, quickly disposing of them. She looked hungrily at the white cotton panties that separated her from Sarah's ultimate treasure. Slowly moving forward, Jaime laid a very soft kiss on Sarah's covered mound. Sarah gasped loudly and tugged lightly on the hair she still held in her clenched fist. Jaime's blood turned into lava when she felt the soft tug and hooked her fingers at the sides of her panties, pulling them down and off in one move. Laying a kiss to Sarah's lower stomach, she situated herself between the smooth thighs and inhaled the musky scent. Jaime wet her lips with the tip of her tongue and moved closer. She spread Sarah's sex with her fingers and took a light lick from top to bottom. Sarah jumped at the sensation and clenched her fist tighter, grabbing hold of the couch's material in her other hand. "Oh God, Jaime."

Jaime took another swipe, then began gathering the flowing fluids on her tongue and lavishing the straining clit with long, round licks. She took hold of the tight, throbbing nub between her full lips and began suckling as she slowly pushed a finger inside Sarah's hot, waiting core. "Oh! Jaime, God...please, come up here...please." Sarah panted, tugging on Jaime's hair until she relinquish her hold on her clit and raised to meet Sarah's hungry lips. Sarah moaned at the taste of herself on Jaime's lips and held onto Jaime's back for dear life. Jaime pushed a second finger deep inside her pulsing core and delighted at the tight feeling.

She pushed her tongue inside Sarah's mouth and sucked on her tongue in time with her thrusting below. Sarah raised her leg in between Jaime's and pushed her knee firmly into her crotch. Jaime gasped and broke the kiss, moving herself on the hard muscle of Sarah's leg. Jaime increased her pace inside Sarah and Sarah tried to keep herself focused enough to help push Jaime over the edge as well. "Uhh...I can't...I-I'm gonna..." Sarah bit her lip and strained against Jaime. Jaime thrust her fingers inside Sarah as deeply as she could one last time and pushed herself harder onto her knee as they both came.

Jaime groaned deeply and threw her head back. Sarah could swear she was seeing stars as her eyes slammed shut and her back arched off the couch. Waves of orgasm flowed hard through both women until they collapsed on the couch. "I don't think I can move." Said Jaime after she regained her breath.

Sarah smiled dreamily and said, "Good, cause I like you like this."

Jaime smirked and asked, "I'm not too heavy for you?"

Sarah who had yet to open her eyes said, "Nope, you are just perfect."

Jaime sighed and laid her head on Sarah's shoulder. Sarah had almost drifted into sleep when she heard Jaime's softly murmured words, "I love you, beautiful." Sarah smiled and answered sleepily, "I love you too."

Whatever might happen, whatever they might have to go through or face, they now had each other and they found out that it was indeed enough.

The End
